4 days Tour from Marrakech to Fes

On the first day of our 4-day tour from Marrakech to Fes, we will depart Marrakech early in the morning and travel through the landscapes of the high Atlas mountains and the Tizi N'Tichka pass (2260 meters) to reach the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a traditional building that is a UNESCO World Heritage site and is made of clay and stones. For many filmmakers, it has served as a natural setting.

We then travel to Dades Valley via Ouarzazate and stop outside the Atlas studios for some shots before heading to the town center for a stunning view of the Taourirt Kasbah, a medieval fortified castle. You will enjoy lunch at a traditional berber restaurant in Ait Benhaddou. Following all of that, we'll go on with our day and spend our first night of a 4 days journey in the Dades Valley, Roses Valley, and Skoura Palm Grove.

After breakfast at the hotel/riad this morning, we will begin our second day of a 4-day tour from Marrakech to Fes Desert Tour by driving towards the Todra gorges. En route, we will stop for a panoramic view of the Todra valley and palm groves. You will also have opportunities to stop and take pictures and enjoy the scenery. Reach the Todra Gorges and stroll along the valley's small, warm passageway to take in the breathtaking scenery of the canyons. We'll travel to Tinjdad City later on, stop for a delectable lunch, and then on to Erfoud City, which is well-known for its fossil manufacturers.

Following that, we'll continue our 4-day tour from Marrakech to Fes to the impressive high dunes of the Erg Chebbi Desert. Once we arrive at the camel riding meeting point, we'll cross the orange dunes with a camel guide to see the breathtaking sunset and take some beautiful pictures. Later, you'll head to the desert camp for an overnight stay in a traditional nomad luxury or standard tent, depending on your preference. There, you'll enjoy a delectable dinner and dance around the campfire while listening to Berber music and gazing up at millions of stars above you.

After a leisurely breakfast, we will go to the shadowy village of Khamlia. They came  in the southern part of Africa. They were originally sent to the north as slaves. While enjoying a cup of mint tea and listening to their Gnaoua music, you will get to meet a few of their families. We will make a stop at Mfis Oasis, a tiny Berber community next to the coal and copper mines where most Merzouga people work, on the third day of our 4-day desert journey from Marrakech to Fes. Following that, we will visit two locations: your hotel or riad for the night, which includes breakfast and supper, and Merdane village, where you may interact with Berber households before heading back to the Merzouga desert for lunch.

Today marks the conclusion of our 4-day desert tour from Marrakech to Fes. You'll rise early to see the magnificent daybreak. After breakfast, we'll leave the desert and go to Erfoud to see a marble factory and fossil museum. Later, we will stop to enjoy the wide view of the hundreds of palm trees that line the valley as we go through the scenic Ziz Valley. Travel to Midelt, the capital of apples, and spend some time exploring the city or dining out nearby.

After that, we'll go to the cedar forest in Azrou, which is home to Barbary Macaques and provides beautiful picture opportunities. From there, we'll go to Ifrane, which is referred to be Morocco's version of Switzerland because of its regularly low temperatures and position as one of the eight cleanest towns in the world. There, we'll see the Atlas Lion monument and have a leisurely walk around its gardens. The four-day journey from Marrakech to Fes and the Merzouga desert comes to an end here. After that, we'll go to Fes and drop you off at the airport or at your accommodation.
