Arriving at the Merzouga desert in the afternoon, take a real camel ride over the captivating dunes, which will end with an amazing sunset view from atop a high dune. Upon arrival at our opulent camp, enjoy a warm cup of tea before retiring to your own tent. Savor a wonderful supper at the camp, then spend a magical evening around the campfire, where traditional Berber songs and rhythmic drumbeats blend together under the enormous starry sky.

For those who get up early, today offers the chance to see an amazing sunrise. After a filling brunch, get ready for an exciting day in the Merzouga desert.

Start your trip in the little town of Khamlia, which is well-known for its Gnawa music. Then we'll go off-road to M'Fis, an abandoned settlement famous for its Galena mines, which provide the minerals used in cosmetics.

Get a personal look at the nomadic way of life by going to see a family living close to the Erg Chebbi Dunes. Here, you will learn about their way of life and feel the warmth of traditional Berber hospitality.

Following a filling lunch, we will go to a little riad with stunning views of Erg Chebbi's golden sand dunes. Before seeing the sunset, take a minute to relax or go swimming. Later, take a leisurely walk to the dunes to see yet another spectacular sunset.

Following a full breakfast at your Merzouga riad, we'll head for Dades Valley.

We will stop at a number of interesting locations along the way, including Rissani, Tinghir Oasis, Todra Canyon, and Todra Gorge. Immerse yourself in the colorful tapestry of a typical Moroccan market if it's market day in Rissani (Sunday, Tuesday, or Thursday). Seeing regional handcrafts, spices, and delectable street cuisine is a great opportunity. There will be ample pauses along the way to record special moments and discover regional customs. Once in Todra Canyon, you may wander slowly around to take in the stunning cliffs that encircle this natural beauty.

When we get to Dades Valley later in the day, you'll check into your hotel for the evening. Enjoy the good food and your cozy stay.

After a filling breakfast at your hotel, think about taking a leisurely walk around Dades Valley or going on a guided climb through the enthralling Monkey Fingers Canyon. En route, take in the amazing vistas and unusual rock formations.

We leave Dades Valley and take an exciting off-road path to Kelaat M'Gouna. We will stop where you choose, including visiting a nomadic Berber family that lives in a mountain cave near Bou Tharar. Here, you can have a nice cup of tea and see their way of life firsthand.

We'll next go to the well-known Rose Valley of Kelaat M'Gouna. If you arrive in the spring, meander around the valley and enjoy the beauty of the roses in bloom. 

Ascending our journey, we'll arrive in Skoura, an amazing oasis surrounded by an enormous palm tree plantation. Camels moving between the Mediterranean and Sub-Saharan Africa used to depend heavily on Skoura as a halt. Discover life more than 300 years ago in the ancient Amridil Kasbah.

After exploring the Kasbah, we will transfer you to your hotel in Ouarzazate for a relaxing evening. Enjoy dinner and a comfortable overnight stay as you recharge for the next leg of your journey. 

After enjoying a delightful breakfast at your hotel, we will embark on a journey to explore Ouarzazate, often referred to as the Hollywood of Africa and a gateway to the desert. Our itinerary includes visits to the Taourirt Kasbah and the Atlas Studios, providing insights into the city’s cultural and cinematic significance. 

Next, we will drive to Ait Ben Haddou, known for its iconic Kasbah, which serves as a great example of Moroccan architecture. This historical site, featured in popular films like The Mummy, Gladiator, and Game of Thrones, offers a captivating glimpse into Morocco’s rich heritage. 

Following our exploration and a satisfying lunch, we will traverse the majestic High Atlas Mountains en route to Marrakech. Our panoramic tour includes stops at magnificent vistas and a visit to the ancient Telouet Kasbah, which was once a powerful stronghold of the El Glaoui dynasty, also known as the Palace of Glaoui.
